Business Analysis

Developers are from Mars and Business Units are from Venus. We know development is weird and geeky and out of the realm of understanding for most people. Business Analysts have achieved the impossible and somehow positioned themselves to understand both languages. They can talk to the users, translate their desires into nerd-speak and return with questions that actually make sense. In addition they take on the miserable task of saying "no" when what users want isn't attainable or what developers require is above and beyond. Business Analysts take on a job that most of us would be frightened to attempt, and for that, we thank them.
