Agile Coaching

Prosoft has been active in Agile (Scrum, in particular) for about three years now. Agile has gone from crazy fringe element to the mainstream and there are great resources available out there for organizations looking to change to a more iterative style of development. We offer coaching in this area and our developers are trained in Scrum techniques. We can offer assistance in understanding Scrum and can offer some ideas that will help you help the business units you work with understand Scrum. No Scrum implementation should fail.
