About Our Team

David Easterling, President David Easterling
Overlord, Prosoft, Prosoft Nearshore, Falls City Beer
What can we say about Dave? We all owe a debt of gratitude to his lively attention span. Dave keeps us all on our toes around here by constantly innovating and insisting that we’re ahead of the pack. Just when you think you’re up to speed he’ll hit you with a cool new band he heard or gadget he bought or app he found...it’s hard to keep up but luckily, that translates to working for a company that’s ahead of the trends and in the technical world, innovation is key.
Dave finds enjoyment in almost everything, except for iTunes software updates and the ever-popular sweet potato french fry. On the weekends you can find him frequenting Falls City Beer-wielding dining establishments, attending concerts and sporting events, golfing, hunting moles and killing grass.

She holds a BA in statistics from the University of Michigan and a MS in Computer Science from John Hopkins University.
Mauricio Morales, Development Manager Mauricio Morales , Development Manager. Mauricio manages technical projects for Prosoft with focus in .Net, C, C++, C# and web application development. Mauricio holds a Computer Engineering degree from the Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica and a Masters Degree from the Universidad de Costa Rica.
Kelli Wilder, Senior Recruiter Kelli has been with Prosoft for 4 years and she has the memory of a jump drive so she likely knows everything about you and brings your name up often if you’re a Louisville developer. She came to IT from a staffing background and immediately became one with the geeks. She loves the warm and fuzzy feeling of finding someone their dream job, and talking with them about Legos.
Kelli likes to ride motorcycles and travel, has been a native of Louisville for life, has a VW that smells like crayons and she is an invaluable member of this team.
Nick Phelps, Sales Nick knows you. He knows everyone. He’s probably outside your office right now. Prosoft was lucky enough to stumble upon this guy just last year and he’s already shown great promise forging relationships with both clients and developers.
As you can see from his photo, Nick was salesman of the year at Century 21 realty before arriving here. He likes both the Cats and the Cards! Have you ever heard of anything so ridiculous? After graduating UK where he served as student body president he returned to his beloved Louisville to begin his career. Since no realtor firm would have him out of spite and jealousy, we took him in.
Rachel Keens, Prosoft/Falls City operations Rachel arrived in Louisville by steamboat after being raised in sunny San Diego, California. You can take the girl out of the sun but you can’t take the sunny out of the girl. Rachel takes care of this office on a daily basis which includes but is not limited to; relationship management for Falls City, merchandise and marketing and event planning and coordination. In her personal time, she enjoys hiking and donuts and she claims that “Say Anything is one of her favorite movies but we’re pretty sure that’s just to make the rest of us think she was born when it came out.
Rachel Keens, Prosoft/Falls City operations Christian was found sitting on the side of the fountain outside our office nearly nine years ago. We invited her in and she has been an integral part of what we do ever since. Christian was born to be in technical staffing, having started in the 90’s as a Delphi hunter while still a student at Bowling Green University. She continued her work in the field with (forget the name) in Indianapolis until she moved to Louisville in 2003.
Christian tricked us in to hiring her by telling us that she would probably not get married and would never have children. She laughs about this often with her husband and two daughters. Like Kelli, she has an unnatural attachment to Volkswagens, likes Indian food and Plehn’s Bakery and is really good at four-finger typing. She’s also really good at what she does, which is: understanding complicated technical requirements and matching the right individual to the task.
