Title:
 Oracle Applications Developer
Description:
 Develop and maintain Oracle code based on defined requirements
` Work with business analyst/s, developers and technical manager within MIS
` Write technical requirements/specs
` Assists with defining and executing system test plans
` Keep the business team aware of technical issues and potential roadblocks
` Participate in issue resolution and escalation
` Work with all teams to eliminate slippage
` Communicate with individuals regarding tasks
` Promote change management and source code control (VSS)
` Responsible for following programming and documentation standards as well as development and project methodology
` Maintain documentation, including technical/system documents
` Provide application/system support
` Perform setups and data maintenance activity
` Perform all duties related to the support of the products/systems

Job Requirements:
The candidate should have experience working in a team-based development environment. Experience working with business analysts is desirable, as is the ability to translate business requirements into a technical design. Strong written skills are required, including the ability to develop concise and comprehensive technical documentation. Strong verbal and communication skills are also required.
